I build software
that holds up.

I'm Boniface Njuguna, a Computer Science student building practical systems across backend engineering, automation, cybersecurity and networking.

01 / Selected work

Projects with a reason to exist.

A few systems I've built and iterated on. The interesting part isn't just the interface — it's the engineering behind it.

01

GitroHub

A Telegram-based developer assistant for GitHub workflows, repository operations, diagnostics and controlled access. Built around practical automation and security-conscious handling of credentials and permissions.

02

SpeedNett

An internet speed-testing project built around real download and upload measurement, API endpoints and responsive client-side measurement. A hands-on exploration of networking, latency, throughput and browser performance.

03

PricePing

A Telegram crypto intelligence bot that watches public market data and reacts to configurable price milestones without exchange trading permissions. Designed around automation, external APIs and reliable notifications.

Deep dives

How I think about systems.

01

Build the real thing

I prefer working software over isolated tutorials — APIs, bots, databases, authentication and deployment included.

02

Break it, then understand it

Debugging is part of the build. I trace failures through code, runtime behaviour, APIs and infrastructure.

03

Security from the start

Access control, credential handling and safe system boundaries are becoming a core part of how I design projects.

02 / Current direction

Learning by building.

My interests are converging around the layer where software meets infrastructure.

I'm strengthening my Computer Science foundations while moving deeper into cybersecurity and networking — especially the practical side: protocols, APIs, systems, authentication, monitoring and failure analysis.

Tools I actually use.

Grouped by where they fit into the systems I build, rather than a giant list of every technology I've touched.

04 / About

Still becoming the engineer I want to be.

I'm a Computer Science student who learns best by turning ideas into working systems.

That has led me through Telegram bots, backend services, APIs, authentication, databases, internet measurement and automation. I'm now deliberately strengthening the fundamentals underneath those projects — especially cybersecurity and networking.

I care about understanding what happens beneath the interface: how requests move, how data is stored, how permissions are enforced, how systems fail and how to make them more reliable.

I'm not presenting the learning journey as finished. This portfolio is part of it.

Let's build
something real.
